We use 5 different assessment tools.

In addition to training, Lemmex Williams provides additional assessment tools to help employees understand their level of competence and develop plans to improve their skills. Combine any of these sessions with pertinent training to receive the most impact.

Assessments can provide an organization, and individuals, with valuable development information. For teams, Extended Disc® and Myers Briggs® can help teams work together. For development, Thomas Kilmann Instrument®, Leadership Practices Inventory®, and Multipliers can show leaders skills they can develop to improve their leadership ability. Add an assessment to your training program to get maximum results.
